- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Do not use their "ONLINE SERVICE" you will end up with no medication. You will be told its not coming up and your surgery must have not sent it , after going backwards and forwards, they will establish that their is a fault with their system (or the person on the computer just does not know what they are doing)This happened yesterday (Friday evening) the pharmacist told me to "come back tomorrow and it will show up" it didn't show up... now the surgery is closed so i can not contact them, which has resulted in no medication for me until Monday..
